Missing 9 is a South Korean television series that aired from January 18 to March 9, 2017, on MBC. The drama is a mystery-thriller that revolves around a plane crash that kills 35 people, including famous celebrities, and leaves only 12 survivors.
Plot
The story follows Ra Bong Hee (played by Baek Jin-hee), a stylist who is the only known survivor of the plane crash. Four months later, she is found on a beach in China, and upon her return to Korea, she becomes the center of attention. As the public demands answers about the crash, Bong Hee begins to uncover the truth behind the tragedy.
She discovers that six other survivors, including celebrities and industry professionals, have also survived the crash. However, they are all hiding secrets and lies, and Bong Hee must navigate this complex web of relationships and deceit to uncover the truth about the crash and the murders that took place on the island.
