Nam Joo Hyuk and Roh Yoon Seo may star in a drama together. The two are currently considering an offer from a drama called "Donggung" (literal title).
"Donggung" tells the story of a mysterious palace ruled by ghosts. To solve this problem, a ghost hunter and a lady-in-waiting secretly infiltrate the palace.
Nam Joo Hyuk was offered the role of Goo Cheon, an arrogant ghost hunter who has the unique ability to become a ghost and exterminate other ghosts with a sword.
Roh Yoon Seo was offered the role of Saeng Gang, a court lady who is proud and brave and knowledgeable like a scholar. He has the mysterious ability to communicate with ghosts.
Currently Nam Joo Hyuk is still serving his military service. The actor is expected to wrap up on September 19, 2024.
If Nam Joo Hyuk accepts this offer, "Donggung" will be his first project after returning from military service.
